• We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of deliverywith photos, and we’ll make it right.

Sessions & Readings

All Reiki sessions and intuitive readings are non-refundable

Once a session or reading is booked, prepared, or delivered, no refunds are offered

Missed appointments or late cancellations are not eligible for refunds

This policy honors the energetic preparation, time, and intention involved in each offering

All sales are final. Due to the nature of Reiki services and handcrafted fragrance products, refunds are not offered once a session is completed or a product has shipped.
